This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how Carbono3 LLC and its affiliates (“Company” or “we” or “our”) treat information collected or provided in connection with an end user’s (“you” or “user”) use of Carbono3 websites accessible from www.carbono3.com (the “Site”). This Policy covers all aspects of your use of the Site.

You have the right to delete or request that we assist in deleting the personal information that we have collected about you. Our Site may give you the ability to delete certain information about you within the Site.
You may update, amend, or delete your information at any time by signing into your account, if you have one, and visiting the account settings section that allows you to manage your personal information. You may also contact us to request access to, correct, or delete any personal information that you have provided to us.

Children’s Privacy
The Company does not knowingly collect information from children under 13 and the Site is intended for adults over the age of 18. If you are a parent and believe that your child under the age of 13 has used the Site and provided information to us through the Site, please contact us and we will work to delete such information.
Policy Updates
This Policy applies to all information collected by or provided to us in connection with the Site. When we make any material changes to this Policy, we will change the Effective Date above and will inform you by email sent to the address associated with you Site account and/or through the Site the next time you log in. We will treat your continued use of the Site following such notice as your acceptance of the changes.
